Here are a few guidelines
if you're coming to the studio
for the first time! 

 
  1. Pre-booking is required. If you haven’t booked your class yet, please do so through the links above.

  2. Please come in proper attire.
    For Pole classes: Wear short shorts, a sports bra, and a tank top or t-shirt. Do NOT put lotion or any body oils at all on the day of your pole class.
    For Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Gymnastics, Dance, and Flexibility classes: Wear a cotton long sleeves top, and long leggings. Make sure your waist is fully covered. You may wear training gloves for hoop class. Please bring knee pads for Flexibility classes.

  3. Changing rooms and toilets are available on the same floor.

  4. Bring a towel, and water.

  5. Come hydrated, but not on a full stomach. Finish your last meal at least 2 hours before coming to class.

  6. Classes start and end on time. Please come early, as for safety reasons, latecomers are not be allowed to join class.

  7. If you are coming for your first class, please fill out our Student Forms:

  8. Please remove all jewelry before class. No rings, bracelet, and watches to be worn, to prevent damage to your belongings and to the equipment.

  9. Once purchased, class cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  10. Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours ahead. If you’re able to change your reservation more than 12 hours before the class, credit is automatically returned. For under 12 hours, the credit is considered taken, and you can still late cancel on the Mindbody app to free up the slot for a waitlisted friend, and to inform the teacher you won’t be able to make it.
