HOW TO BOOK A CLASS

  1. How often can you attend?

    One Class: If you can try only one class right now, and don't know when you will be able to join in again, through the Mindbody app. Please make sure you have class credits before you book. Purchase an Php 800 group class credit prior to booking.

    8 + 4 Online Class Pass Promo: If you are thinking of joining 2-3 classes every week, this is the perfect package for you! It's valid for 60 days from when you purchase, and it's great for if you want to consistently follow 2-3 classes per week, and see your progress in them!

  2. Online Private Classes are available, too!

    If our group classes don't have the right schedule for you, or if you want to work on a specific goal with a specific teacher, we can schedule online private classes as well! The rate of P2000 will apply.

  1. What if I don't have PayPal or a credit card to purchase online?

  2. What if I'm shy to join in?

    It's natural to be shy or to have some apprehensions when you're joining in for the first time. We do our best to make everyone feel welcome and seen in every class. We have all been teaching online for over a year, so we have some practice and have developed new skills that we need to get through to everyone in class. Hope you would consider joining in! We are so excited to dance and move and fly with you!

  3. What platform do you have your online classes in?

    We hold our online classes on Zoom. You will have to download this app on your computer, phone or tablet to join in! You don't need to create an account to participate.

  4. When will I receive the class link and/or class reminders? 

    Class links and reminders (attire, props, etc.), are sent via email around one hour before class.

  5. Do I have to keep my video on during class?

    It definitely helps your teachers to be able to watch you during class, , to see if you are doing the exercises in proper form, or if we can offer additional tips for what we're doing. However, if your internet connectivity makes this difficult, you can keep your video settings off during class.

  6. Can I ask questions during class?

    Yes! Please do ask us, teachers, if you have questions about the exercises or choreography during class. You may type in your question, or turn on your microphone to ask the question. Otherwise, for the remainder of the class, we would ask you to mute your audio.

  7. Why do your classes have a student limit?

    Some of the skills and exercises we learn could be potentially dangerous to pursue without proper instruction and guidance from a teacher. Our classes have student limits so what we can adequately address the needs of every student present, and give each one ample attention for feedback.

  8. When is the last possible time for me to cancel class and have my credit returned?

    Our cancellation policy for online classes has a three- hour limit! As long as you cancel your slot more than three hours before class, the credit will be returned. You may cancel your slot via the confirmation email (you will receive this upon booking classes), or on Acuity. If you can't cancel class through these channels, you may email us at info@polecatsmanila.com.

  9. Up to when can I book a class?

    Booking is open up to one hour before class starts. Feel free to email us at info@polecatsmanila.com if you’d like to book a class within an hour from its starting.

  10. What if I can't make it to a class, but I'm really interested in the topic? Can I ask for a recording?

    Yes you can ask for a class recording! We simply ask for you to request for the recording as soon as you know you won't be able to make it, as recording space is limited. Class recordings are available to view for three days. You may request for this through your teacher, or again, but emailing us at info@polecatsmanila.com.
