HOW TO BUY A GIFT CARD

  1. Fill up this form: bit.ly/polecatspackages and make the necessary payment.

  2. Indicate that you are purchasing this class/package for someone special! This option is after the total.

  3. In the NOTES section, please indicate if you'd like to claim a physical gift card at the studio or for the gift card to be emailed to you. Please give us up to 24 hours to email the gift card.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR GIFT CARD

Are you one of the lucky recipients of this gift card? We’re so excited to start your life in flight! Here’s how to claim your gift card:

  1. Make an account on Polecats Manila's Mindbody > bit.ly/polecatsmindbodyonline. Please OPT IN to email alerts, so you'll know when your account has been credited!

  2. Go to this form > bit.ly/polecatspackages and indicate that you are Redeeming a Gift Card (option is after the Total).

  3. Upload the screenshot/photo of your gift card. The code must be visible.

  4. Wait for an email confirmation called the Sales Receipt, to signal that your account has been credited!

  5. Log in to your Polecats Manila Mindbody account and book the class/es you want to take! Please note that you must create your account before Redeeming your Gift Card.
