Hard Style Flow
Genie started her journey in pole dance from scratch in January 2018. At first it was just a hobby, then it became more and more exciting. It all started with videos of performances, then competitions, then the desire to create and perform her own choreographies. Her core specialties are Exotic Pole Dance (Old-School Style, Hard Style) and Strip Plastic.
She believes that exotic pole dance can provide several benefits for individuals—including increased self-confidence, improved body awareness, and enhanced physical fitness. It empowers women by encouraging self-expression, embracing sensuality, and fostering a supportive community.
In her classes, you can expect an intense and physically demanding experience. The focus often includes strength-building exercises, challenging pole tricks, handstands, strength moves, power spins, accented tempo changes, kips, jumps, unexpected quick transitions and dynamic choreography. There is also an emphasis on developing fluid and expressive movements.
