Day 3: INTRO TO NEEDLESCALES
November 22, Sunday | 5:00 - 6:30 pm

Learn the proper and safe technique of how to open, unlock and stretch your back and legs without forcing the body making your backbends and splits practice more effective.

Workshops include ::
- Multiple ways to work on your back and leg flexibility
- How to use chair, blocks and wall
- Strength excercises for muscles for deeper stretches
- Needlescale technique
- Proper and safe backbend in splits positions
- C-shape of back: neck, upper, middle, and lower back
- How to breathe better during backbends

THE ART OF MIDDLE SPLITS
90-minute workshop
November 29, Sunday | 5:00 - 6:30 pm

In this class, you will learn all you need to know about how to properly and safely work on your straddle and middle splits, without forcing the body. No matter your level of flexibility, this workshop is made for you to understand the process of how to start working on your dream move. All levels are welcome.

Workshop includes:
- Open your hips
- Unlock your psoas
- Body alignment
- Injury prevention
- Middle splits on the floor
