Polecats Manila Instructor Qualification Program Module 2: Pole Intermediate
Take the next step in your instructor training by learning how to teach INTERMEDIATE levels of pole! The Instructor Qualification Program Module 2 will run in January - February 2025. This module of the IQP is geared towards training Pole Beginners teachers to become Pole Intermediate 1 teachers at the studio.
The program includes:
Pole Intermediate 1 syllabus
Spotting techniques
Conditioning and flexibility for Pole Intermediate students
Creating trick combinations and sequences
An in-depth discussion on weight shifts, contact points, and movement analysis
To best equip the future Pole Intermediate teachers of Polecats Manila!
For graduates who will continue on to teach at Polecats Manila, continued education and pocket-learning sessions in the future include modules on teaching Spinny Pole Intermediate, Pole Flow, and Pole in Heels. Teaching opportunities at Polecats Manila include group classes and private classes for the Pole Intermediate level, as well.
Pre-requisites:
This program is open to everyone who has taken the Instructor Qualifcation Program Module 1: Pole Beginners, and is in Pole Intermediate 2 at Polecats Manila.
A student must have First Aid Training certification to take part in the program. [This can be accomplished in one day, prior to the start of the program.]

January 31, 2025 — 10:30am - 5:30pm
February 1, 2025 — 10:30am - 6:30pm
February 2, 2025 — 10:30 am - 6:30pm
February 7, 2025 — 10:30am - 6:30pm
February 8, 2025 — 10:30am - 6:30pm
February 14, 2025 — 10:30am - 5:30pm
40 hours + breaks
Program Fee: Php55,000

Three (3) class credits to take Polecats group classes to review and familiarize with the Polecats teaching system
Twenty (20) hour mentorship program for those who wish to continue teaching Pole Intermediate 1 at Polecats Manila

Details:
All sessions start and end on time. We are always prompt, so be sure you arrive mentally, emotionally and physically prepared to learn!
Please bring food and drinks for yourself for the whole day. Select vendors near the studio will be open during the time we conduct class in case you’d like to purchase from them. You may also bring a refillable water bottle as there is a dispenser at the studio for everyone to use.
Please wear comfortable attire and be ready to get on the pole at any time in the session, in case we need to re-enact a student-teacher scenario.
A student is not allowed to miss or be late during a session, or else he/she will forfeit the certificate. The certification proves that one has learned, trained and finished a certain number of hours for the program, so one will not be able to claim a certificate should he/she miss or be late to a session.
